Terms and Conditions
10.1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Delta Casino's casino, bingo, and sportsbook for players located in Alberta, Canada. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
10.2 Definitions
In these Terms, "Operator" refers to Delta iGaming Inc.; "Player," "you," or "your" refers to a registered account holder; "Services" refers to the casino, bingo, and sportsbook offered under the Delta Casino brand; and "AGLC" refers to the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission.
10.3 Operator Information
Delta Casino is operated by Delta iGaming Inc., 233 Speers Road, Unit 2, Oakville, Ontario L6K 2E9, Canada. Licensed and regulated by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC). Class iGaming – Operator. Expiry July 13, 2027. The Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) conducts and manages iGaming in Alberta. AGLC licenses operators.
10.4 Alberta Jurisdiction
Real-money services under these Terms are intended solely for players physically located within the province of Alberta at the time of play, in accordance with the iGaming Alberta Act, the Alberta iGaming Corporation Act, the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act, and the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Regulation.
10.5 Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be physically located in Alberta, be at least 18 years of age, and not be legally prohibited from gambling under applicable Canadian or Alberta law, including any active self-exclusion.
10.6 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to register or play. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where we cannot confirm the player is 18 or older.
10.7 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Only one account per player is permitted.
10.8 Identity Verification
In accordance with AGLC's Standards and Requirements for Internet Gaming and applicable federal AML requirements, we may require you to provide documentation verifying your identity, age, and address before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued play.
10.9 Geolocation Requirements
Casino, bingo, and sportsbook play is offered to players who confirm they are physically located in Alberta. We record the IP address used with your account when you register and each time you log in.
10.10 Deposits
Deposits must be made using an accepted payment method available within your account and are processed in Canadian dollars. You may set deposit limits as described in our Responsible Gambling page. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times.
10.11 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and AML review. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal and to delay or decline a withdrawal where required by law or regulatory obligation.
10.12 Casino Games
Casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and jackpot titles, are offered for entertainment purposes. Outcomes are determined by chance or certified random number generation, and no outcome, payout, or winning result is guaranteed.
10.13 Bingo Games
Bingo includes Slingo and traditional 90-ball cards. A 90-ball card has three rows and nine columns. Prizes follow the published paytable for one line, two lines, and a full house. Outcomes are a matter of chance and no result is guaranteed.
10.14 Sportsbook
The sportsbook lists football, basketball, hockey, baseball, soccer, and tennis, including live events. Odds are decimal. A bet is accepted when the stake is confirmed against your Canadian-dollar balance, then settled and recorded in your bet history. Stakes cannot exceed your available balance.
10.15 Promotions
Welcome offers for new accounts:
- Casino Welcome Offer: 100% up to C$500, 10x wagering on the bonus. The offer applies once, on the first qualifying casino deposit.
- Sports Welcome Offer: 100% up to C$200, 10x wagering on the bonus. The offer applies once, on the first qualifying sports deposit.
The same amounts are applied in the cashier. We may modify or withdraw an offer in line with AGLC rules. Other promotions, when listed, carry the terms published on that offer.
10.16 Responsible Gambling
You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to use the responsible gambling tools provided, including deposit, loss, and time limits, breaks, and self-exclusion, as appropriate to your own circumstances. See our Responsible Gambling page for full details.
10.17 Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion registers your account with AGLC's centralized self-exclusion program and locks the account. A locked account cannot log in, deposit, withdraw, or play.
10.18 Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or close an account where necessary to comply with AGLC requirements, applicable law, our AML obligations, or to protect a player or the integrity of the platform.
10.19 Anti-Money Laundering
We apply anti-money laundering procedures consistent with applicable Canadian federal AML requirements, including monitoring transactions and verifying player identity, and may report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
10.20 Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity, including the use of false identity information, bonus abuse, or collusion, and to suspend accounts, withhold funds, or take other action as permitted under these Terms and applicable law while an investigation is ongoing.
10.21 Privacy
Your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference, and in compliance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
10.22 Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services, including losses resulting from technical interruptions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Alberta or Canadian law.
10.23 Intellectual Property
All content on the Delta Casino platform, including branding, game graphics, and site design, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10.24 Dispute Resolution
Any complaint regarding your account or play should first be directed to our customer support team. Unresolved disputes regarding regulated Alberta iGaming activity may be escalated to the AGLC in accordance with its applicable complaint and dispute resolution processes.
10.25 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, and are subject to the jurisdiction of Alberta's courts and the regulatory authority of the AGLC.
10.26 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law, including AGLC regulatory requirements. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
